IMPORTANT HOLIDAY PAGEANT INFORMATION

Out Holiday Pageant weekend is almost here! We are so excited! Here is some important information:
1. This Saturday, December17, there will be a dress rehearsal on stage before our performances begin. The schedule is as follows:
11:00-12:00: All Nutcracker performers in full costume for lighting purposes. Including mice and Friday 4:15 Gingerbread.
12 Noon - 12:30: Carol of the Bells: If time allows you may change into black leotard and tights.
12:30 - 1:00: Need a Little Christmas ( no costume necessary, just wreaths)
1:00 - 1:30: Ragdolls: Full costume, full dress run

At 1:30 ALL students will meet backstage for barre warm -ups.

Wednesday 4:15 Ballet gingerbread will meet on stage at 4pm for rehearsal.

2. All students MUST be signed in by a parent to Miss Tara. All students will be released after the performance NOT after their dance. All students must be signed out with Miss Tara as well. This is for your child's safety!

3. Students should bring warm clothing for backstage as well as food and beverage for the day. The school cafeteria will be selling food, but students will not be able to leave the backstage area once signed in.

4. Please label all parts of your costume, including headpieces and shoes.

5. Please be sure to bring all appropriate make-up and hair supplies for touch up purposes. Students must arrive in full hair and make-up!

6. All recreational class performers should arrive a half hour before your show begins.

7. There will be an opportunity to purchase a video at the pageant.

8. Directions to the Maguire Theater at SUNY Old Westbury Campus Center:
Take the LI Expressway or Nothern State Parkway to Rte. 107 North. Take 107 north for approximately one mile. Turn left into the campus entrance of SUNY Old Westbury. Drive approximately three miles to the Campus Center. Make a left into the parking lot. There should be someone guiding up you in. Park as close to the campus center as possible. It is a large multiple level white building. Walk down the enclosed walkways to the campus center. You will see the entrance to the theater.
