IMPORTANT RECITAL REMINDERS

* Please be sure to double check your child's performance date and time on our website, by clicking on the "schedules" tab.

* Dancers and audience members should enter through the front, main entrance of the building.

*Dancers should arrive 1/2 hour before perfotmance time and must be checked in at the table in the side hallway.

*Parents will NOT be permitted backstage unless accompanied by an NSD staff member.

* All students kindergarten and above will remain backstage for the duration of the show and participate in the finale, unless an early dismissal form has been submitted.

* Intro students will be disimissed immediately after they perform. Combo students will be dismissed after the last Combo dance in that show. They will be dismissed in the same side hallway where they were dropped off. They may remain in the audience for the remainder of the show. If they would like to participate in the finale, they may be brought back to the side hallway before the finale.

*The recital will be held at Half Hollow Hills High School EAST, located at 50 Vanderbilt Parkway in Dix Hills.

*Remember to arrive in costume, with all costume pieces, hair and makeup completed.

*****AFTER THE FINALE, PLEASE BE PATIENT SO WE CAN BE SURE EVERY CHILD IS DISMISSED SAFELY!*****

*All Recreational students will be dismissed from the stage. All Company dancers will be dismissed from the side hallway. Please send only 1 parent to pick up your student.

RECITAL TICKET GUIDELINES

RECITAL TICKETS GO ON SALE TOMORROW MORNING AT 8 AM! 1. Go to www.northshoredance.net 2. Click on the link in the lower right hand corner: “NSD Goes Green Peace Love Dance Tickets Go on Sale…” 3. Click on the show that you are purchasing tickets for. 4. You may select tickets by: Best Available, Location, Section or Seating Chart We recommend Best Available, however, if you would like to select your seat click on “Seating Chart”. You will see a black and white version of the seating chart. Click on that and you will be able to select your seat. 5. Under Individual, select the number of tickets you would like for that show. If you are entitled to 3 free tickets, select your 3 under Dancer and enter the password- then enter your remaining amount to purchase under Individual. *If you are not entitled to 3 free DO NOT enter any tickets into the Dancer section. It is ONLY for those families who do not have all of their recreational dances in one show. (NOT Company members) 6. REMEMBER: You may only purchase up to 6 tickets total if you have only one child, 8 tickets total if you have more than one child dancing in that show- EXCEPT for the Sunday 10:30 am show where everyone may only purchase up to 6 tickets total. For Example: If you have more than one child dancing in a show, AND you are entitled to 3 free tickets you would enter 3 under the Dancer section and may only purchase 5 in the Individual section- for a total of 8 tickets! 7. You may only use the 3 ticket password once. If for any reason you purchase more than your allotted amount of tickets or you make a purchase and still have a balance at the studio your purchase will be voided and convenience fee not refunded.
